BROOKINGS, S.D. – Evangel Track and Field athletes Delaney Weimer, William Boivin, and Jacob Gillies competed on Friday at the NAIA National Championships.
Facing tough competition, the trio of Valor athletes were able to receive great experience competing in the National Championship spotlight.
Highlights

Weimer ran a time of 7.74 in the 60 meter dash on Friday, placing 23rd overall, beating out HAAC opponent Central Methodist.

Boivin finished the 60 meter hurdles with a time of 8.41, placing 26th overall, also beating out HAAC competition in Central Methodist and Missouri Valley.

Evangel Track and Field will take a few weeks off before kicking off Outdoor season on March 19th at Central Methodist (Fayette, Mo.)
