Evangel Women's Basketball Adds Transfer Rylee Neill

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. - Evangel women's basketball announces the addition of transfer Rylee Neill to their 2020 class. 

Neill, a 5-5 shooting guard, transfers to Evangel from Benedictine College where she played the last two years. Before arriving at Benedictine, she prepped at Lockwood High School in Lockwood, Mo. During her prep career, she was a two-sport athlete and lettered in both volleyball and basketball. She was a three-time All-Conference player and an All-District player in volleyball, and a four-time All-Conference and All-District player and named Conference Player of the Year for basketball. Her high school squad was Conference Champs her senior year and she had 1,820 career points. She played her travel basketball with Missouri Valley Magic out of Springfield, Mo. 

Academically, she was third in her class, a member of the National Honor Society, and an Academic All-State student. 

Upon her enrollment at Evangel, she plans to major in either psychology or business.
